These product-specific Terms of Use govern your use of Brand Voice Generator at brandvoice.genaiunplugged.com. They are supplemental to and governed by the GenAI Unplugged Terms of Service (the “Master Terms”), which include disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution. Brand Voice Generator is a free web tool that analyzes a brand name, optional website URL, and other form inputs you provide, and returns an AI-generated brand voice profile and starter content by email. The tool is operated solely by GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC (Pennsylvania, USA).
Brand Voice Generator is distributed in collaboration with CoWrite with AI as a co-branded marketing arrangement. CoWrite with AI is not a joint operator of the tool and is not a joint controller of your data. Their role is limited to being a named third-party recipient for newsletter enrollment: when you submit the form, your email is enrolled in both the GenAI Unplugged Substack newsletter and the CoWrite with AI Substack newsletter. You consent to that dual enrollment by submitting the form, and you can unsubscribe from either list at any time. The tool itself, all fulfillment, all support, and all customer obligations remain solely with GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC. See the Privacy Policy for the data-flow detail.
Brand Voice Generator is offered free of charge. No payment is collected and no refund mechanism applies. The refund terms in the Master Terms (which cover paid GenAI Unplugged products) do not apply here because nothing is purchased.
The brand voice profile and starter content are generated by a large language model (Google Gemini) based on the inputs you provide. Output is a creative starting point, not professional marketing, legal, or strategic advice. It may contain factual errors, stylistic quirks, or phrasing that does not fit your actual brand. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the output before using it anywhere public or commercial. You own the output you generate, subject to the Master Terms.
You may only submit a brand name, URL, and writing samples that you own or have permission to use. Do not submit third-party content you do not have rights to, and do not use the tool to impersonate a person or organization you are not authorized to represent.
In addition to the acceptable-use rules in the Master Terms, do not:
The tool is provided as-is, without warranty, and may be modified, rate-limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Because the tool is free, service-level guarantees do not apply.

Nothing in these product Terms expands, reduces, or overrides the Master Terms. If a provision here conflicts with the Master Terms, the Master Terms control.
